Pre-build consultation

We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your site, budget, and requirements. This includes:

  • Choosing your ideal foundation type: timber skids, concrete piles, or steel screw-piles.
  • Ensuring your section is ready for delivery with a detailed site inspection.

Offsite  construction

Your modular home is built in our controlled facility, ensuring precision and quality.

  • Structural Insulated Panels are used to create a highly durable, energy-efficient shell.
  • Every room is carefully finished, including the installation of high-quality kitchen cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, and double-glazed windows.

Delivery & installation

Once the build is complete:
